3.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of 3jlr Casino and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in real-money gameplay on the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlr account login credentials, including your username and password. 3jlr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an additional layer of account security.
4.2 You agree to immediately notify 3jlr customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, a lost or stolen device with saved login credentials, or any breach of security related to your 3jlr account.
4.3 3jlr shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain credential security or to promptly report a breach.
4.4 You must not permit any third party to use your 3jlr account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Winnings generated through shared account access may be voided at 3jlr's discretion.
5.1 Supported Methods. 3jlr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or product section of the 3jlr platform.
5.3 Withdrawals & KYC. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed 3jlr's KYC verification process. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotional offer.
6.3 3jlr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claim.
6.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting wagering loopholes, or using bonus funds in a pattern designed to circumvent requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
7.1 All games available on the 3jlr platform use certified random number generation (RNG) software or live dealer mechanisms. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by individual game providers and are made available upon request.
7.2 3jlr shall not be liable for interrupted gameplay, disconnections, or incomplete bets resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end. In the event of a technical failure on the 3jlr platform that prevents a bet from being settled, the Platform will apply its standard void or re-settlement procedures.
7.3 Any attempt to exploit game malfunctions, software bugs, or glitches to derive an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Winnings obtained through exploited errors will be void and may be reclaimed from the Player's account balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3jlr platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications where you have opted in. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
3jlr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 3jlr from seeking injunctive or interim relief in any jurisdiction.
